About Our President and Founder
DAVID J. SCHNEID, P.A. provides legal representation in residential and commercial property closings in not only Dade, Broward and Palm Beach Counties, but throughout the State of Florida . The firm is approved by the Attorney's Title Insurance Fund and can prepare and issue owners and lender's title insurance policies.

DAVID J. SCHNEID, ESQ., Received Juris Doctor from Nova Southeastern University in 1994; admitted to practice, Florida Bar 1994; admitted to practice United States District Court, Southern District of Florida 1995; Member of the American Bar Association. Agent for the Attorney’s Title Insurance Fund; David J. Schneid has conducted residential and commercial closings, represented community associations, handled civil matters, Foreclosures, Collections and civil litigation since 1994. Graduated from Nova Southeastern University Shepard Broad Law Center in 1994, JD., and graduated from State University of New York at Albany in 1990, B.A.

David is the founding partner responsible for management of the firm and planning its long range future. Supervisor and manager of Real Estate department and Florida, Kentucky and South Carolina Foreclosure portfolios.

His achievements include Author, “Copyright Law and Computer Software,” 1993 First Prize Paper, Nathan Burkan Memorial Competition, American Society of Composers, Authors and Publishers, and the American Arbitration Association, Commercial Tribunal, 1990 – 1991.

His areas of concentration are Commercial and Residential Real Estate Transactions, Institutional Lender and Private Mortgage Foreclosures, Community Association Law.

David’s prior professional experience includes the firm Yablin & Schneid, P.A. where he was responsible for Firm Management, Business Development over all Florida operations and supervisor of Real Estate, foreclosure and collections department. While with the West Palm Beach Firm of St. John, Dicker, Kaplan, Krivok & Core David Schneid, Esquire was responsible for all Residential and Commercial Lending Foreclosures within the State of Florida.
